From Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Grant Conness is a talented real estate and investment professional who has distinguished himself as an experienced industry professional throughout the South Florida region. A seasoned entrepreneur, Grant is currently serving as the founder of 1031 Exchange Adviser, a 1031 and 1033 tax-deferred exchange replacement property solutions firm, and the Managing Director and Co-Founder of Global Wealth Management.


Across his professional career, Grant Conness has established his knowledge through numerous
outlets. He is a Kiplinger contributor and an SEC-Registered Investment Advisor who has been
quoted in noteworthy industry publications like Newsweek, The Wall Street Journal, and USA
Today. He has also appeared on major TV networks, including ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC through
“The Global Wealth Show,” a television and radio series. He is also an accredited course
instructor with the Florida Bar on 1031 Exchanges. For his education, Grant attended the
University of Findlay from 1996 to 1998, where he earned his degree in Business Administration
and Management. From there, he attended Florida Atlantic University from 1998 to 2001, where
he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing.

Outside of his career, there’s nothing Grant Conness loves more than spending time with his
wife, Jessica, and their four amazing children. When he’s not spending time with his family, Grant
enjoys relaxing on the water, particularly boating, paddleboarding, and surfing. As an avid sports
fan, he also loves coaching his children’s sporting teams.

Born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Grant is also an active member of the community where he
grew up. He is continually looking for ways to give back to the businesses and organizations in
his area, which is why he founded Global Wealth with Purpose. The organization operates
through Global Wealth Management and provides a helping hand to several charities, including
Feeding South Florida, The Jason Taylor Foundation, OneBlood, Racing for Cancer, Kids in
Distress, and Women in Distress, organizations aimed at helping the South Florida community.
